Permita-se olhar em volta.. permita-se enrubescer de vergonha.. permita-se sorrir de longe.. permita-se rir com toda a vontade.. permita-se dançar onde e quando der vontade.. permita-se cantar aquela música q te envergonha, mas q vc adora! permita-se apaixonar-se à primeira vista.. e permita-se tbm “desapaixonar” no dia seguinte.. permita-se fechar os olhos e sentir o mundo mais leve a sua volta.. permita-se tomar banho de chuva e depois sentir o frio.. permita-se sentar na calçada sentindo o sol queimar o rosto.. permita-se estalar os dedos qnd mais nada aplaca o nervosismo.. permita-se chorar, qnd isso te aliviar.. permita-se sentir o gosto desconhecido.. permita-se não ter timidez..

enfrente as coisas de de coração aberto e mente limpa.. pare de sentir medo do q os outros pensam.. pare de ter medo do amanhã! faça careta pros outros e ria sozinho.. suba com os dois pés e sinta o vento no rosto.. observe a noite, ela pode ser mto mais bonita do q vc imagina.. seja espontâneo.. pare de planejar.. fale besteira, coma coisas gordas, afinal “dieta só na segunda!”.. compre algo pra vc mesmo.. fique sozinho, às vezes não há melhor companhia.. não se conforme.. queira sempre o melhor, pra vc e pro outros.. não permaneça pq é confortável ou fácil, mude pq é mais prazeroso..
